Términos del servicio

Actualizado 4 de septiembre de 2026 · v3-2026-10

Borrador.

7. Verificación: qué revisamos y qué no

These are the documents that govern the use of ASnow. They are the SAME ones shown inside the app.

1. Who we are and what ASnow is

ASnow is a digital platform that connects people who need a home service with independent providers who perform it. ASnow does NOT perform the services. We are not plumbers, landscapers or a cleaning company: we are the place where you and the provider meet, agree on a price, and the money is handled safely. The service contract is between you and the provider. ASnow is a service operated by All Solutions Now, LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Texas under file number 806780115 with the Texas Secretary of State, with its address at Houston, Texas. Where these documents say “ASnow”, “we” or “the platform”, we mean that company.

2. Who can use the app

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract. When you create your account you confirm that the information you give is true and that you are the one creating it. An account is personal and non-transferable: you are responsible for what happens through it, so protect your password and tell us right away if you think someone else got in.

3. How a service works

You choose the service, the date and the time slot. The app shows you available providers near you with their price and rating. When you confirm, you authorize the charge and the provider is committed to that appointment. Some jobs are quoted individually: for those, the provider sends you a price and nothing is charged until you accept it.

4. Prices, charges and held funds

The price you see when you confirm is what you pay; there are no hidden charges. The payment is authorized at that moment but the money is HELD: the provider does not receive it until the work is finished and you rate it. If the job needs something extra that was not included, the provider must propose it and you must accept it before it is charged. ASnow charges the provider a commission on the price of the job; that commission comes out of what the provider receives, it is not added to you.

4.1 24-hour review window

When the provider marks the job as finished you have 24 hours to review it. You can rate it — which releases the payment right away — or open a claim if something is wrong. If those 24 hours pass with no rating and no claim, the payment is released to the provider automatically. This exists because the provider already did the work and cannot wait indefinitely for someone to remember to rate it. Releasing the payment does not cancel your warranty: if the problem shows up later, you can still open a claim within the service warranty period.

5. Your responsibility as a customer

We need the address to be correct and access to the property at the agreed time, with an adult present if the job requires it. Tell us about pets, alarms, stairs, or any condition of the place that affects the work or the safety of the person doing it. If the provider arrives and cannot get in, or the place is not in a condition to be worked on, a missed-visit fee may apply.

6. The provider is independent

Providers are independent contractors: they are not ASnow employees, agents or partners. They decide which jobs they take, how they perform them, with what tools and with what crew. ASnow does not supervise them at the property or direct how they do their work. This distinction is not a technicality: it defines who answers for what, and it is stated the same way in the agreement the provider signs.

7. Verification: what we check and what we do not

Before approving a provider we review their identity, their tax information, and what they declare about their business and licenses. That review reduces risk but is NOT a guarantee: we cannot promise every job will turn out perfectly, and we do not answer for each provider’s technical skill on each visit. If something goes wrong, that is what held payments, the warranty and the claims process are for.

8. Warranty and claims

Every service carries a warranty period depending on the type of work, shown to you before you confirm. If something is wrong within that period, open a claim from the job in your activity. While a claim is open, the payment is not released to the provider, and that includes stopping the automatic 24-hour release: a claim opened in time freezes the money until the matter is settled. Timelines and the full process are in the Cancellations, Refunds and Warranties document.

9. Do not go around the platform

The app exists because connecting both sides, charging safely, holding the money and answering when something goes wrong takes work and money. That is why we ask that services that started on ASnow be booked and paid through ASnow. Closing a deal off-platform with a provider you met here leaves you with no held payment, no warranty and no one to claim against, and it allows us to suspend the account.

10. Reviews and content you post

Your reviews and photos remain yours, and you give us permission to show them inside the app next to the provider’s profile. We ask that they be honest and about the service you received. We may remove content that is abusive, discriminatory, false, that reveals other people’s personal information, or that is unrelated to the job. We do not delete negative reviews because a provider asks us to.

11. Prohibited use

ASnow may not be used to hire illegal services, to harass or discriminate against anyone, to impersonate another person, to attempt to breach the platform’s security, or to harvest other users’ data. Creating fake accounts or manipulating reviews and ratings is also not allowed.

12. Suspension and account closure

You can close your account whenever you want from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that puts other users at risk, or when the law requires it. If you close your account with a service in progress or a payment pending, those obligations remain until they are resolved.

13. How far ASnow is responsible

ASnow is responsible for the platform working and for handling correctly the money that passes through it. We are not responsible for the outcome of the provider’s work, or for damage they cause at your property: that falls on the provider and their insurance. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Nothing in these terms limits the rights Texas law gives you as a consumer, including those under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act, which cannot be waived.

14. Governing law and how disputes are resolved

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If you have a problem, write to us first: most are resolved there. If it is not resolved within 30 days, the intent is for the dispute to be handled by individual arbitration in Harris County, Texas, preserving either party’s right to go to small claims court.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is important we will tell you inside the app before it takes effect, and the effective date above always tells you which version you are reading. Continuing to use the app after that date means you accept the new version.
