Aviso de privacidad

Actualizado 4 de septiembre de 2026 · v3-2026-10

Borrador.

These are the documents that govern the use of ASnow. They are the SAME ones shown inside the app.

1. What this notice is about

Here we explain what information we collect when you use ASnow, what we use it for, who we share it with, and what you can do about it. It is written to be understood, not to hide things in fine print. The controller of your data is All Solutions Now, LLC (file number 806780115, Texas), with its address at Houston, Texas. ASnow operates from Houston, Texas, and serves Texas residents.

2. What we collect if you are a customer

Your name, email, phone, password (stored encrypted, never in readable text), ZIP code and service address. Optionally your gender, if you choose to add it. Also the history of services you request, your ratings and reviews, and the identifier your phone uses to receive notifications.

3. What we collect if you are a provider

All of the above, plus your company name, your coverage area, the services and prices you offer, your documents and licenses, and your Social Security number. We also record your GPS location, but only while you are on the way to a confirmed job.

4. Your Social Security number, specifically

We ask for it to verify that you are who you say you are and to meet tax obligations. It is stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM and is never shown in full on any screen of the app. It is not shared with customers or with other providers, and it is not used for anything other than verification and tax matters. If you close your account, it is deleted except for any period the law requires us to keep it for tax purposes.

5. Your location

The provider’s location is recorded ONLY from when they mark "on the way" until they mark that they arrived, so the customer can see progress and an estimated arrival time. There is no background tracking and none outside an active job. The customer does not share live location: only the service address, which they type themselves. You can revoke location permission from your phone settings at any time; the rest of the app keeps working.

6. Cookies and measurement

We use an analytics tool called PostHog to understand how the app and the site are used: which screens people see, where they get stuck and what breaks. On the web it does not turn on until you accept the cookie notice, and if your browser sends the "do not track me" signal (Global Privacy Control) we honor it without asking. We send PostHog an identifier, your role (client or provider), your city and your language; never your name, phone, email, address or anything you type into a field. We do not use any of this for advertising and we do not sell it. You can change your mind at any time from the cookies link on the site.

7. What we use your information for

To connect you with the right counterparty, to charge and pay safely, to show you the progress of a service, to verify providers, to handle claims, to prevent fraud and to comply with the law. Nothing else. We do not use your information for targeted advertising.

8. Who we share it with

With whoever is needed for the service to work: our payment processor (Stripe) and the payment alternatives you choose (PayPal, Mercado Pago); the notification service (Expo), which only receives the device identifier; and our database and hosting providers, which store the information on our behalf. With the counterparty of a service we share only what is needed: your name, and the address to the assigned provider. Also with PostHog, the analytics tool described above, which receives only usage data and never your contact details.

9. Phone numbers are not shared before payment

Neither yours to the provider nor theirs to you. The number is released only once the service is paid, so you can coordinate access to the property. Before payment, each side sees the other’s name and nothing more.

10. What we do NOT do

We do not sell your personal information or your sensitive information to anyone. We do not exchange it for money or other consideration. We do not run targeted advertising with it and we do not give it to data brokers. We do not build automated profiles that make legal decisions about you.

11. Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, to give it to you in a portable format, and to delete it. You can also appeal if we deny any of those requests. We respond within 45 days, with one 45-day extension if the case warrants it, and we tell you if we need it. Deletion does not reach what we must keep for legal or tax obligations, or the records of a service under dispute.

12. How to exercise those rights

From Settings → Delete my account, or by writing to privacidad@allsolutionsnow.llc. To act on a request we need to verify that the person writing owns the account. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can appeal by the same channel, and you can also contact the Texas Attorney General.

13. How long we keep your information

While your account is active, and afterwards for as long as we need to close out pending matters: active warranties, open claims, tax and accounting obligations. Payment records are kept for the period tax law requires. What no longer has a reason to be there is deleted.

14. How we protect it

Connections with the app are encrypted. Passwords are stored with bcrypt and never in readable text. Social Security numbers are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Full card details never pass through our servers: the payment processor receives them directly. If you turn on fingerprint, face or PIN access, that key lives in your own phone’s secure storage and never reaches us.

15. Minors

ASnow is for people 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we identify a minor’s account, we close it and delete their information.

16. Changes to this notice

If we change something important we will tell you inside the app before it takes effect. The version and date above always tell you what you are reading.
